A hallmark of the Burger Up Franklin experience is understanding our partnership with the agriculture and farm communities around us.

BEAR CREEK FARM

All of our beef is sourced from Bear Creek Farm, a sustainable grass-fed, grain-finished cattle and hog farm located just down the street in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee. The farm operates using certified humane practices to produce healthy, tasty beef and pork without the use of hormones or antibiotics. You can taste the difference in our burgers!

SWEETWATER VALLEY FARM

We’ll take some cheese, please! Sweetwater Valley Farm is home to the small town of Philadelphia, Tennessee, resting on land that has been used as a dairy farm since 1917. John and Celia Harrison founded Sweetwater in 1992, and they’ve since grown the farm to hold over 1,500 dairy cows. The company cornerstone centers on “producing superior agricultural products through dedication to employees, animal care, and natural resources.”

CHARPIER’S BAKERY

Charpier's Bakery is a locally owned and family operated wholesale bakery that has been integral to the Nashville restaurant scene since 1986. Charpier’s breads, including the buns we serve at Burger Up Franklin, are free from any preservatives or artificial additives.

BENTON’S BACON

For over 70 years, Benton’s Smoky Mountain Country has produced world-class country hams and bacon by practicing the time-honored tradition of the dry-curing process. By combining salt, brown sugar and sodium nitrite in a specific preservation process, Benton’s delivers the finest class of meat with a unique Tennessee flavor.
