The host role requires someone who is friendly, personable and organized. Since the host is the first person a guest encounters, it’s important that they reflect the culture of our restaurant. Daily tasks include greeting guests, seating them quickly and efficiently, taking to-go orders over the phone and helping to keep the restaurant clean.
The server role requires someone who is personable, quick, efficient, amicable and organized. As the person primarily responsible for taking care of the customer, the server must create a strong restaurant culture by ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. Tasks include greeting guests, relaying weekly specials, answering questions, taking and ringing in orders, bussing, cleaning the restaurant and more.
The weekend expo/runner role requires someone who is quick, efficient, organized, detailed and knowledgeable about each item on the menu. As the last person to see the food and deliver it to the guest, this individual must be extremely attuned to plate presentation and detail. The position is designed for someone with natural leadership qualities and a strong work ethic.
